2025 Monte Carlo Night Sponsorship Opportunities- Now CLOSED
Royal Flush Title Sponsor
– $1,500 (Limited Space, first come first serve)
• Premier recognition as the Title Sponsor in all event promotions, including press releases, social media, local radio, and event signage
• Logo placement on all advertising on the electronic board entering Caledonia
• Opportunity to display company banners and promotional materials at the venue
• Recognition during the event, with the opportunity to speak at the gala
• Six complimentary event tickets
• Six complimentary drink tickets
• $600 in game table chips
• Logo displayed in the bar area and other high-traffic event locations
Full House Associate Sponsor
– $1,000
• Recognition as an Associate Sponsor in event promotions, including press releases, social media, local radio, and event signage
• Four complimentary event tickets
• Four complimentary drink tickets
• $300 in game table chips
• Special verbal recognition during the event
• Logo displayed in the bar area or another high-traffic event location
Table Sponsor
– $600
• Recognition as a Table Sponsor in event promotions
• Choice of a casino game table to advertise your business (first come, first served)
• Two complimentary drink tickets
• $200 in game table chips
Raffle Prize Donations Sponsorship
In addition to sponsorship opportunities, we are seeking raffle prize donations. We welcome gift baskets, event tickets, gift cards, experiences, merchandise, and other high-value items that will make the night even more memorable.
Raffle Donor Recognition:
• All raffle donors will be acknowledged during the prize announcements.
• Businesses donating prizes will receive special social media recognition.
• Businesses may attach promotional materials to their donated prize.
• Businesses that donate a prize valued at $500 or more, will receive 2 complimentary event and drink tickets as well as $150 in game table chips
